She helped develop the powertrain that delivered Formula 1’s first hybrid powertrain victory, then led the development of the battery system that powered every single car in the first four seasons of FIA Formula E.
She went on to build CNH Industrial’s electric powertrain organisation from the ground up across three countries, rising to Global Vice President of Advanced Technologies and Innovations. In that role, she led hundreds of engineers across three continents through a wide spectrum of emerging technologies: AI, robotics, digital twins, advanced materials and alternative fuels.
Today, as Managing Director and CTO of Williams Grand Prix Technologies, she brings that singular combination of motorsport-frontier innovation and global corporate scale with battery technology as a core focus to organisations bold enough to move at motorsport pace.
